Horrible customer service left a deposit in nite box knowing they were open on Sat in mt Vernon Washington guess what they don't bother with night dep on Sat now I will be in deficit thanx even though I've made a dep when I called the lady was incredibly condescending telling me have a nice holiday sure as I sit here worried to death about $$$$ sickenin when I made a deposit I've been a customer for years when it was Whidbey island bank not a problem now it's just like the non caring big banks do yourself a favor find another bank!!! Me I'm going to BECU.
