Founded in 1949, Immaculate Conception Regional School offers a variety of academic options to students in kindergarten through eighth grade. It has an enrollment of more than 200 students. The school s educational programs include instruction in language arts, mathematics, science, social studies, music, computer applications, and religious and physical education. It also provides extended-day care programs and transportation services. Immaculate Conception Regional School s extracurricular activities include dramatic plays, art fairs, and outdoor educational and scouting trips. It has a student council that encourages participation in student activities. Additionally, the school participates and supports various community service projects, such as cleaning and food drives and collecting donations for local food banks and animal shelters. Immaculate Conception Regional School is located in Mount Vernon, Wash., and is accredited by the National Association of Accredited Schools and the Western Catholic Education Association.
