Provided by YP.comHANDs DOWN the BEST thai food in Skagit County!! Great little spot hidden in down town Mount Vernon, just off of I-5. Family owned and operated. Great service!! Great atmostphere Very authentic!! Highly recommend their Avocado Green Curry. Phad thai was just perfect, 5 STAR is the way too go!! If anyone is searching for some good thai food I highly recommend The Thai house in downt town Mount Vernon
