I am NOT tech savy. Once again they came through for me. I have used them for years and they are the ONLY place I use here in Skagit County. Great phone support and always offer me options when I go in person. THANK YOU!!!

My hard drive failed. I had the data backed up but needed expertise in replacing two drives with solid state and standard drives. Skip, the owner, and Nick, the main tech were very helpful and knowledgeable on the phone. They made sure I had an idea of cost at each decision point, and then set up the computer with both drives and a reinstallation of Windows 10. They were great to work with and I would not hesitate to use them again. Highly recommend
