The worst movie experience that I have had, due to the people that worked there. First, you must get there early or you will miss the beginning of the movie. You have to stand in line for the concessions to purchase your ticket. We waited almost 15 minutes to purchase tickets only for the movie. Then 45 minutes into the movie, an employee enters the theater asking the people in front of me, blocking my view, for their tickets and then proceeded to ask me for my tickets. It was a horror movie, so we missed parts of the movie and the intense feeling you get from watching a horror movie. Also, it was freezing in the theater. After watching the movie, I asked to speak to a manager. I spoke to Jordan, a supervisor. All he could say was "I am sorry". Well I am sorry too Jordan, but I will not be returning my business to your theater.
