Used this agency for over 14 years but 1/2 the time you don't get your renewal notices. Then they cancel your policy & charge a sizable rewriting /late fee. I finally got tired of that when I had a wreck & my insurance was out/cancelled by 4 dys- I changed agents. I HAVE TO HAVE AN AGENT I CAN TRUST
