My husband had problems with a pump trying to charge him before any gas was put in the tank! When he asked for assistance from the attendant, she came out but became excessively impertinant with him. He told her he had a legitimate concern and didn't feel he deserved such treatment. She became even more snotty and told him she didn't "get smart" with him until he did so with her. Surprised, he told her he would be talking to the management and she replied curtly, You do that! Today he made the call and asked the girl answering to talk to the manager and she flatly said, "I AM the manager". It was the same girl from the night before! So he asked for the district office number and she refused to give it to him! We have used Murphy oil extensively - both having to travel many miles to work. NOT ANYMORE! We DO NOT have to PAY for this kind of treatment! What would I tell my friends? STAY AWAY! Country Mart is much friendlier!
