Dirty....all my things were covered in a green mold. I paid for over a year just to have my things covered in mold. Make sure to have everything wrapped airtight cause these units must have some exposure to water...the owner is friendly to a point. We never received notification that our things were going to be auctioned for being behind on payment. One week before he was about to sell my entire life, I called to make payment arrangements and he told me my things were going to be auctioned off. He even posted it in the paper but never told me. Never got any statements mailed or any courtesy calls. Pay ur bill or ur things will go without warning. Completely wrong in my opinion. He should have HAD to make contact ...he had our phone number and the address could have been forwarded through post office. Beware....ur things are NOT SAFE HERE...wasn't worth paying a few bucks less
