I would not recommend this to anyone. Our service is always out, we have not had internet this time around for 11 days. Their office moves, the phone number changes, no one will return your phone calls, e-mails etc. We were informed last week that we would have someone out to repair and look at equipment, but they werent sure when as they had to get someone from Fayetteville, also that their main office had them pack up their local office and that there would no longer be any representation for our area. They have never had a problem getting their payments from our account, but we have had to deal with never knowing where they are located and when we may talk to human or anyone and how long we will have service!! We are in the process of turning them. This has been the most awful display of professionalism we have ever dealt with.
