I needed new wheels for my car. I made an appointment for a Saturday and had the rims picked out through their website. It turns out that my car had weird wheel sizes and not only would I not be able to get the rims I ordered, but they didn’t have any That would fit the size tires on my car, unless I bought a whole new set of tires. Which was going to cost 1100-1200 dollars. A man with an injured knee and a man named Turner helped. They went above and beyond. They called other stores to try and track down wheels or used tires. In the end they gave me a pretty decent deal on the rims I ordered and 4 brand new tires. I am so thankful for Turner and the man with the injured knee (I’m sorry I didn’t get your name!) who provided outstanding customer service. This is how a business should be run. The employees are always so great. I went to commercial tire once. What a huge difference between the two. Les Schwab is everything a business should be. I will never go anywhere else!
