TWICE, I've been RIPPED OFF Automatic washer takes MONEY, Does NOT WASH!! Place is open. NO Signs or tendant. NO info who to call. Another lady said she had the same problem 3 days ago

When the wash is working which is most of the time, it does a good job. However, once it billed me twice but within a week or two the company returned my call and gave me a code for a $10 wash. As long as the company takes care of me when something goes wrong, I will continue to go there. Today after I paid I was told to wait because it was in use. I then noticed the machine had not returned to start position. I put a cone up and went to the other door. Again, I called and left a message. If they call back I will continue to support the car wash. Equipment malfunctions are normal, just don't expect instant gratification.

I came here on 12/25/13 wanting to get my car washed in the automatic washer. After I paid (w/ my debit card), the machine kept saying that there was a car inside....needed to wait. There wasn't a car inside, the garage door never opened, I didn't get a receipt from the machine, or anything. Today is the 3rd day in a row that I have called and left a message. I would like my $10 back and/or a wash. My debit card has been charged and I still haven't received a call. I have called 4 times in 3 days. If you are not going to take the time to return messages or fix the issues, then it's time you need to get out of the business!

this place is poorly attended. the poster above explains my situation exactly. next stop for me is the better buisness bureau
