Good food. I just grab a Togo haven’t eaten in for a few years now. Foods always been good & I’ve eaten there over 10-11 years. Same owner. Well worth stopping at. #highly recommended

We're in the area a lot more as we're searching for property. We have gotten tired of fast food and the other choices we know about add up to two. We tried El Portal on a whim and we were very pleasantly surprised and impressed. We both ordered the taco enchilada combination plate. I ordered it in shredded chicken. The chicken was extremely tender and seasoned tastefully without being spicy hot at all. Omgosh the sauce was excellent, rice light and fluffy with zero clumps, and the refried beans are obviously homemade very light almost as if slightly whipped. All topped off with a very flavorful, fragrant freshly grated Jack cheese. I should mention that the tortilla chips appear to be house made. I'm a picky eater, but this place has nothing to be picky about. We plan to eat here again and again we loved it.
