Dr Pierce was extremely rude and dismissive. I messed up my ankle to a rather extreme degree (it's swollen 4 times the other ankle and purple and black) and I went to the ER in Mtn View. I was told I'm fine, but it's a possible hairline fracture?! Also told to stay off of it for a while but no crutches.... he also told me to take ibuprofen for pain relief. I'm allergic! I told him so numerous times and wasn't given a different option. I also had a decent ace bandage on when I went there, they took it off and put one from them on that aggregates the injury! I've already called the administrator and filed a complaint, but I want as many people to see this as possible. Stay away from anything White River Medical affiliated! He also treated me like something he needed to wipe off the bottom of his shoe. Nobody deserves that! I would also like to point out I had NEVER been to that hospital before today!

Rude and Unprofessional

I had to go to the er here in Mountain View and immediately insulted and treated poorly. The doctors on both occasions insulted me and accused me of being an addict upon entering the room before they listened to me. Turns out I have a herniated disc in my neck putting pressure on my spinal cord. I had to painfully walk to the bathroom and take a urine test for drugs before even being treated on my second visit. They put the blame on doctors over writting pain meds to people and people abusing drugs on me as if it was my fault as they entered the room on both occasions. Even put in my discharge papers the second time they will not treat me again for this problem. I have a legit medical condition that shows I have a degenerative disc disease, another words my disc in my spine may break (herniate or rupture) and can leave me in a paralyzed state. Very rude, judgemental, and unprofessional courtesy.
