This Newport Apartments the worst place in the world! I live a 700 square feet one bedroom we were 3 and just have newborn baby then they try evectid us because we have newborn and want us to pay over 5,000.00 And we have to fought back and then they don’t want renewal our lease and Now we found a place to move And need a rental history verification now they don’t want to co-operative they make it Hall our life, we pay on time very quiet and clean I don’t know what they want and we pay for one bedroom only utilities over 200.00 top on the rent I will never recommend nobody overrated their shower is worst they discriminate because your family status and no class and professionalism at all very secretive for everything the manager referee you to the upper management and the upper management they don’t respond and secretive their phone secretive you can’t get a hold of them very difficult, we need a rental history verification they asked about us how the tenant care for the property and they said unknown and my new place want know good or bad I told them please come take a look at it the manager is on vacation he will be back after 15 days so the lady the office I can’t do anything I’m not the staff so I can’t wait 15 days I will lose the apartment which is I have been waiting for 4 years in the waiting list and the upper management go to the property management we can’t do anything and even I begged please write down you don’t want to write for me that I can tell them it’s very stressful and frustrating they don’t want us to stay here and they don’t want help us to be a referral just because cause them we gonna lose this apartment what can you do they don’t care

Terrible Experience!!! DO NOT RENT FROM GREENDALE APARTMENTS OR FROM ACCO MANAGEMENT!! They tried to swindle me out of 1000$+ more of rent and was only resolved when we threatened to escalate the problem to a third party.
