We had scheduled a week in advance for a pick up to SJC for vacation travel. We confirmed it the day before. Come Friday morning when no one showed up by 7am, we called and were told the driver would be here at 730am. (Our flight was at 840am). By 725am, when there still was no driver and no call, we called again and was now told THERE WOULD BE NO DRIVER. We drove ourselves and barely made our flight. What a great way to start our trip.
