We had our wedding rings resized one size up and made sure to put in huge writing with the order not to mess up the engravings on the inside of the rings.

Comes the day to pick up the ring and the engraving is completely gone, sanded down, you had to use a magnifying glass to see where it even was. The ring was actually not even evenly resized. We wait for them to fix the engraving. Comes back with a different engraving then when asked for refund the person offers a store credit. When I heard about this and call back to get the refund the store front desk person tells me to come back in person. I will never ever step my foot in this Jared. Keep the money. Whoever is your jeweler should get fired.
