If you want to have the best, most fresh, most delicious shashimi, sushi, and rolls, try this delightful small Japanese style sushi restaurant. It was the only food I could eat while I endured months of chemo treatments and I was always confident that the fish would not make me ill because there is so much care to have a perfect product. I love uni and had it with quail egg and tabiko and there is always a treat at the end from the chef who learns your favorites and trys to help you try something new without putting it on your bill.,
