I have played the "Mobsters" application on myspace for nearly two years. The application is plagued by glitches and poor programing. The application has become saturated with spam and cheaters using 3rd party software (bots) to enhance the stats of their account.



I have reported problems with the application several times. I have reported the use of 3rd party software several times, only to receive the same automated response time and time again.



When I started playing the "Mobsters" application, it was fun and it was a level playing field. Money did not have to be invested to build a strong account. Now a considerable amount of money needs to be spent on account upgrades.



The worst thing anyone can do is invest money with Playdom software. The reason is in the "PLAYDOM TERMS OF USE AGREEMENT" that everyone must agree to before Playdom will allow the application to be added to a profile.

Playdom reserves the right, on no less than 30 days prior notice published in the applicable game, to discontinue the availability of a game through a particular platform (e.g. MySpace, Facebook, iPhone) or entirely. In the event that Playdom exercises this right and discontinues the availability of a game, Playdom will not refund to users any monies paid for the purchase of virtual currency or attributes (e.g. points, energy, health, chips) or virtual goods (collectibles, avatar attributes, weaponry).



In short, any software perched from Playdom can vanish without a trace. If that happens, there will be no compensation.
