Wow. Just wow! I guess I should have known better . This has got to be the worst repair man in Hawaii. I lost a weeks worth of production and had to hire another repair service. This Multiple "Mikey" he calls himself broke one piece of my equipment and when it came to my refrigeration he was totally clueless! He came back four times and I finally confronted him. He pulls out some copy of his "certifications" and starts to tell me how he is the best in the world and he's doing me a favor! I explained to him his work is all I was concerned with and it was unacceptable. He had the audacity to hand me another bill he wanted signed! I refused and sent him on his way. This little jerk was referred by "Bernies" I had to call them and make a complaint. The next repair guys came and had me up and running in two hours, none of the parts or problems Mikey billed me for were correct! He replaced small parts that were working and did not resolve the issue with my equipment. I recommend avoiding this multiple service to prevent multiple disaster and multiple charges .

They are a total rip off. Had a fridge recharged with freon. Fridge had a new compressor in it. Next day it is dead. He came back out and while working on it broke a piece off the compressor. Then told us the start circuit was bad and charged us again. Fridge still does not work. What a crook.
