Had a 75 Gallon Rheem hot water heater installed. It came with a ten year warrenty. Shortly after installation we noticed we only had enough hot water to take one bath. We called The Schoenwalder Group and the owner Joe Marney came out and verified the problem. Joe said he would return with a new water heater. He never came back. We called at least six times and always was given a date and time when they would arrive. They never showed up or called to say they were not coming. Not to mention during the installation they gouged our linoleum floor.
