I took my dog here to have a trim done with scissors, instead of doing what I requested they didn't want to take the time so they used a razor. Razored his whole face and body. He has terrible razor burn and gashes all on his belly. When they cleaned out his ears they left him with huge cuts inside of them. He looks nothing like I requested and I'm now with a bald dog who is embarrassed and in pain.
