I made the mistake of storing my boat with Bev Ed RV and Boat Storage in May 2008. I removed my boat from there in June and in July I called the owner of this business BRAD MASON and told him I wouldnt need to rent my space anymore. He said because I didnt give him 15 days notice he would have to bill for the entire month, I wasnt happy about it but went along with it anyway as I had no choice. Despite this he continued to charge me $100/month to this day. when I got my most recent credit card bill I called him to tell him AGAIN to stop charging my credit card $100/month because my boat had not been there in MONTHS. He said he did not receive a notice to vacate from me and would continue to charge me until he got that even though he ADMITTED my boat had not been there in over FOUR months. I told him he needed to refund my money and he said he never refunds any one's money.
