Life time guaranty on fence. The gate was not built properly. It was a joke. Sent John pictures and numerous texts. John said he would send me $500 refund for gate. 3 years later I never received it. Lifetime warranty on the sprinkler system. It is sinking into the collapsing soil behind the retaining wall. The dirt was never packed down prior to placing sod. The lawn is very wavy and not even.
Non galvanized nails were used. Lines are streaking down the fence. Fence posts toppers cracked and broke immediately. Nailing them cracked them. Should have been screwed. Fence posts are loose on retaining wall.
Concrete was poured all around the house. Walkways, porch, driveway. They did not put something up to protect the siding. Concrete splattered all over the siding. It will not come off. Our siding is ruined. His Crew did not know what they were doing. Poor skill level.
My husband had to put reinforcements on the fence to prevent it from falling over. The cement truck did not have the hose that goes into the back yard to pour cement there. He drove the truck to the back.
Later our sewer backed up due to the pipe being crushed. $10,000 to replace the sewer.
It would have been cheaper to go with a top notch, expensive contractor.
It will cost us around $3000+ to fix everything.
Never hire this company.
John is a big talker but never follows through.

I would never recommend this company. Very unrelialable, extremely unprofessional and doesnt stand behind their customer satisfaction guaranteed. Worst business ive ever dealt with!

JJ's has been handling my landscape maintenance for a few years. They were always on schedule, and kept my yard looking neat and trimmed. A few weeks ago, I asked JJ for a quote to install and underground irrigation system for the coming Spring. JJ walked me through all of the options, and made sure I understood what I was paying for. He did the work at a very reasonable price, and even offered to include start up and shut down. I cant wait until summer now. My grass will be the greenest on the block!
