I have never had a problem with anyone at this location. There are rules that you have to follow for different types of packages. They politely told me what I did wrong and I corrected it. That was my fault, not theirs. Too many people feel that they are special and they don't have to follow rules. When standing in line and listening to the customers in front of me, I am glad that I am not working at the counter.

It entirely depends. There are two tellers there that are great. However, I agree about the comments below, too. I can only assume the teller that Marcyrr mentions, because for the last 6 years there has been a real witch that works (occasionally) the front customer. Normally she works in hell, but sometimes she is up front. And when I see her, I leave. I avoid her at all costs. There is also one other that behaves right in the middle - neither pleasant nor witchy. Last, there is one guy (Steve) who is really nice - but please don't judge the entire office based on the one really witchy witch witch.

I agree, I can't believe the rudeness and lack of customer service at the Mukwonago location.. these older ladies here are like grumpy school lunch ladies. Awful. I have been shipping for years and they still try to reprimand me for this little thing or that, they are just simply unfriendly and RUDE to customers. I go out of my way now to North Prairie or Eagle where they are super friendly and respectful of others. If you are that miserable at your job then just quit. No wonder USPS is losing money.

I just moved here, from the east coast and went into the post office to get a passport. I was never treated so rudely, by one of the tellers. while i ws asking questions, she told me to take a TIME OUT, and not speak until she was ready to listen. is this the caliber of people that you hire in this part of the oountry?? i have 2 masters degrees and couldnt get into this job.

do u only hire high school dropouts??
