They did not listen to what my wife said when she was there. She asked for length and for curls and they stuffed her hair up leaving two curls in the front. She spoke up multiple times to the stylist asking for more length and more curls. The stylist just kept stuffing her hair up saying we will leave curls. My wife was so upset and anxious and embarrassed that she payed and left as quickly as she could. She came home in a panic attack crying. She doesn't have time to fix it because of maternity pictures that we are taking shortly and she felt violated by having it jn her hair so I say to her take it out and take a shower I love your hair the way you do it. While she is in the shower I call fantastic sams to tell them and to ask for a refund because it cost us 40 dollars and 2 hours of our day. They were far less than helpful. They don't do refunds, and they only fix it if you haven't taken a shower or altered your hair jn any way. They offered no help at all. Rubbish.
