THESE PEOPLE ARE RUDE, RUDE, RUDE!!! They have good prices on their gas, but their customer service sucks. Their saleswoman is very rude and will not work with you. They are never open, and they charge fees like crazy. They have charged us TWICE for emergency delivery when they were the ones that didn't do their part. Their emergency fee is $199.99 on top of what you are already buying!!!! We called a week ahead of time, and they didn't get to us, and we ran out on a Friday. I called when I got off work, and they charged us the fee!! We have a 1 1/2 year old son, and my husband was laid off a month ago, and they feel the need to not work with us! We will NEVER be using them again! Ruthless, and unethical. PERIOD. If I were you reading this, get your propane from somewhere else. I wish I would have. :[
