I have NEVER EVER had a more horrible experience. I called this Florist and to my surprise a "female" answered the phone cursing and swearing, and when I asked was this Alice Florsit she said NO and hung up !! Then I called back and the same lady yelled some more "What the Hell do you want stop calling here" and hung up again. I called back a 3rd time and the lady began to play a Gopsel song " Order My Steps" then when the song finished hung up. Now I was curious and wanted to see how the lady would reacted after she realized that i was really trying to place a order. I called back and then the lady answered what and I advised her that I wanted to place a order for some roses she said that she didnt have any fresh cut flowers today and then I asked her why would she answer a business phone using vulgar language without knowing actually who was calling, she replied " Look lady Im having a bad day and it was a unknown call so thats why" So then she said well do you want to order something or not? So then I told her that she should never answer a business phone in that manner and for that reason i would never place a order with her.. Rude & Unprofessional !!!
