Major discrepancies that they REFUSED to address. Paper documentation DID NOT MATCH what was done on the ground. ADMITTED I am paying taxes for land they gave to my neighbor. Threatened other surveyors with court if they try to verify discrepancies. DECEPTIVE PRACTICE

Incompetent surveyors. Office ladies where a huge help. The owner however not so much. Had a survey done in 2018 thought everything was fine. Started clearing out some brush and trees that I thought was on my property. Neighbor came in from out of town and disagreed with property stake. I went back to Ashton surveyors and they told me everything was right with my survey. If any thing was wrong with survey then they would have to redo a bunch of surveys. Neighbor provided him with there survey from 1983 that he did. He then proceeded to not only change my property stake in the front but didn't even explain to me why. Just said they made a calculation error and that was it. Wouldn't refund my 600 dollars. Wouldn't do anything to make it right. If anyone needs a survey stay clear of this business.
