Shady, shady people running this place. After you buy a mobile home, and are ready to move, they WILL NOT let you sell, tear down or donate your mobile home. Once they accept the title back and you move out, they will wait six months and sue you for the lot rent for that time frame, as well as for removal of said home, and all they will do is turn around and start that cycle over again. Very inept management, same w/ their legal representation. They claim they evict you w/o notice after you have already moved out and voluntarily GIVE them the property and they acknowledge receipt. VERY GREEDY and SHADY people running this place.
