This company is horrible. Overcharged us for a sewage pump, took weeks getting the job finished and never completed the job correctly, left the old controls on the side of house as "junction box" and put the new control box on a post (eyesore) so they wouldnt have to bury 10 feet of wire. Jim Cooper refuses to give us receipts and warranty information- headed to court.
