This is the first time I’ve been to Happy Nails in Muncie. I already had a set of nails and asked for her to repaint them. She did NOT fill them which Was fine, but I left this place paying $30! You’re telling me it cost $30 to take nail polish off and paint them again??! Not only that, but the are pretty from a far.. until you look close. The tops are painted but when you look at like sides and they aren’t completely painted, it made me want to get them repainted right after she was done, but not by Happy Nails.

I've been going here for quite a while now and I've never had any issues. The staff is always friendly and welcoming, their building is always kept up, and I'm always happy with the services they provide.

My friend and I have been going here for 3 years and it's always a great experience. They're always very friendly and take time to give you what you want. If you change your mind about what you want or if you disagree with their suggestions they're patient. Dee pays great attention to detail and does the most amazing designs! She also waxes my eyebrows and I love the way she does them. No matter where you go people have good and bad experiences. But I'm picky and detail oriented and haven't been disappointed in three years! I really wish I could post a picture of my acrylics, I'm in love with them!

The guy doing my nails took a chunk out of the tip my pinky finger with one of those grinders because he looked away when another customer stood up to go pay, because their money was more important than my freaking finger.

So there I was, crying with tears rolling down my cheeks, my pinky finger spurting blood onto the table, and he grabs my hand and attempts to continue my nails...I tell him I need a few moments for the bleeding to stop, and after that he quickly finished the rest while I wince in horror at the sound of the drill.

That rat of a man then overcharged me because he knew I wasn't going to tip him like I normally do. Because you know, he freaking injured me.

They argue with you if you mention and offer to show proof of what they charged and tell you you have "miscalculated" how much money you have handed them.

That might work on the average bear but I refuse to be injured then scammed and then go back.

My nail came off in under 3 days!! NEVER GO GET FULL SET!! THEIR THE WORST!!!

Love the pedicures! They treated my 4 year old daughter like a princess!

NEVER EVER GO HERE!! These are the type of people who tell you that they are giving you gel nails when in reality they are just putting acrylic over your nail. They insist that it is gel and that they are professionals who know what they are doing, power is NEVR used with gel nails. If you are used to good quality services don't go here. They also use those drills on your natural nails which DESTROY your nails. They will leave ur natural nails in shambles. Find another shop please.
