In 2010, Heckaman Homes chose Jud Construction as the regional builder for East Central Indiana and MJ Homes was born.  Jud Construction and Heckaman Homes have worked together on previous projects dating back over fifteen years.

Mike Motsenbocker, founder of MJ Homes, resides in Muncie, Indiana, with his wife Julie and their family.  Mike is a Certified Graduate Builder, Certified Graduate Remodelor, and Certified Aging-In-Place Specialist.  Mike assumed ownership of Jud Construction from his father in 2006, and has continued the foundation that Jud Construction was built on into the second generation.

We employ full time skilled workers, and a complete office and sales staff.  Our sales team prides itself on understanding and meeting customer’s expectations, paying careful attention to details to ensure projects run smoothly, on-budget and on-schedule.  Our in-house production and design staff makes us more efficient when planning your project, making a difference on your bottom line!
