I have been a customer of the MIKE WRIGHT State Farm Agency since its beginning. The agency does an exceptional job in meeting the needs of their clients. MY claims have been handled quickly and efficiently. They are just a phone call away and a call gets RESULTS. MIKE cares about his clients and tries to find you the best coverage for your needs. I have had the privilege of watching the agency grow and usually go into the office to pay my insurance premiums because the office staff is so friendly and there are always nice gifts and items for customers. I feel like I am more than an insurance premium at Mike Wright State Farm. They have been my insurance for many years. I appreciate how friendly and helpful everyone is.

This is my first time having car insurance with alstate, but I know some one personally with house insurance with them, and when they had a claim for fire, it was easy, speedy, Alstate processed the claim, paid them, and they quickly got their home repaired.

Mt wife was recently in a 4-car collision, resulting in her Terrain being totaled. After only a few phone calls to thr office, Kim Smith had everything handled. Great customer service.
