i came to studio and the owner cut my hair. i hated it. she basically butchered my once stylish hairstyle. they need younger, fresher faced stylists. ill never be back.. i hate my hair now which used to be my pride and joy. 2thumbs down for studio.

I used to go to Studio. I had a great stylist. I called to make an appointment and was very upset to find out my stylist Mckenzie was gone. whomever answered the phone was very rude when i asked if she knew where she had went. i called back a few times hoping someone would give in and tell me but every time i received rude responses from employees and i also think the owner. they tried to push me on to other stylist there that i had no desire to be with due to my own personal experiences and seeing some of the work they let walk out of that salon. Never would i ever let any of those women touch my hair. Im disappointed in Studio for being so unhelpful and just plain rude. I ran into Mckenzie here recently and have now found her new location out in yorktown.
