If I could give zero stars, I would. This place is cheap and charges what I make in a month at a full time job, and that's with me paying the lowest rent possible. They charge electric late fees unless you over pay your rent because the electric bill comes out after the rent is due. The apartments are poorly built (tape rips holes in the drywall, the cold has cracked the walls by the window, you can hear EVERYTHING) and poorly maintained (I'm only the second or third resident and the bathroom walls are falling about from water damage). There are constant notifications about maintenance, but nothing is ever corrected. Maintenance shows up after giving you a two week potential timeline, moves your belongings, and has no concern for the safety of your pets. The staff consists solely of residents who have no training. It took me six months to get the manager to call me back, and that should have led to me canceling my lease. I will NEVER recommend someone sign here. Don't waste your money.
