MY friends husband ordered flowers to be delivered to our place of employment for Valentine's Day and paid extra for it. The flowers were never delivered until today. He called to cancel the order and the driver came back and took the flowers. I find this absolutely ridiculous! What kind of business makes this kind of mistake and does nothing to make the customer happy. I am in shock that they took the arrangement back when this was a huge mistake on their part. We will never use them again. I feel bad for my friend :(

My husband sent me a bouquet of flowers to my job. When i got home he showed me the pic from 1-800 flowers and asked me if it looked like the bouquet i received. I told him yes because i didn't want to hurt his feelings but, It didn't look anything like the picture!



I gave them two stars because the lady was really nice who delivered them.

I placed a large order of assorted tulips with 1-800-Flowers and the ordered was handled locally by this florist. Apparently, the $100 tulip order was mistakenly sent to another customer, and what my friend received was a sad arrangement of yellow lillies, a few pink pompon carnations and 3 fully-bloomed pink roses. Frankly, I've seen better arrangements sold at my local grocery store. I am supposedly getting a full refund, but considering the quality of the flowers and lack of design in the arrangement my friend did receive, I would caution future customers about placing orders with this florist.

Absolutely Terrible!!! I ordered flowers from 1-800- flowers, never had a problem before. The flowers from this store were pathetic. I ordered a 50.00 bouquet and they sent a bouquet that looked nothing like what I had ordered and there was maybe $10.-$15 worth of flowers in the bouquet. 1-800 tried to get them to re-deliver, the Design by Cheryl confirmed a delivery the next day that never took place. 1-800 will be using a different florist tomorrow.
