I brought my diamond engagement ring to Bennett Jewelers. The diamond had fallen out and was chipped. They had the diamond polished and I only lost a point! A couple of prongs on the ring were broken. They built them back and made it more secure. It's like a new ring! I am very happy. Peggy, the owner, designed a ring for my mom years ago. It was gorgeous! She's very talented. Love you Bennett Jewelers!

I trusted P.K. Bennett to re-size my wife's diamond ring that I had given to her many, many years ago. When I picked up the ring, it was missing half of the diamonds, and there was a HUGE 'scar' where the re-sizing had taken place. I have had more than a few gold rings resized, and NEVER have I seen this mark on them. I complained and said that this was un-acceptable: the poor work (scar) on the resizing, and the missing diamonds. The ring was given back and the clerk said that they would certainly take care of it. After waiting a month for P.K. Bennett to call me to tell me that they had finished the work, I called them. I asked when the ring would be finished. I was told that they didn't have it. I came into the store to get my wife's ring, and they told me that it was picked up weeks ago, when I had been in the store to pick it up the first time. There was no sign of my wife's diamond ring. Gone. Forever. If you don't care about the safety and security of your jewelry, bring it here. If you want your diamonds stolen, bring your them here. If you want to feel like a fool, give your business to P.K. Bennett.This jeweler messed up, and wouldn't admit their mistake. Instead of fixing it, they stole their shoddy craftsmanship from their own customer.

I strongly urge anyone to start their jewelry purchase process at PK Bennett. I have absolutely nothing negative to say about PK. The owners and employees pride themselves on ensuring you understand what you are buying. During my recent diamond purchase, they would not let me buy anything on my first nor second visit. They wanted to make sure I fully understood the 4 C's, how to use the tools, and gathered a plethora of knowledge.



Trust me, you will not regret starting your research process at PK, next time you are in the market for a piece of jewelry.

I go here every year to get my wife a Holiday gift. I'm suprized they remember me and what I like. Rich and his wife are people who care about the person and getting it right as well as taking pride in thier buiness. My puchaces are by no means large but I leave feeling satfied with the value as well as the service.
