Was easy to park. Ticketing was very expensive, $48 per adult. We had a 4-year-old autistic child and they charged $12. Prior to boarding, they make you wait in a corral with no place to sit down. Very difficult for someone with sciatic nerve damage in their hip. Stood in pain for 45 minutes.

After boarding and taking off, they seemed rushed as they got near the good spots. You could tell they wanted to hurry up and get home.

The lake, pictured rocks, waterfall were very beautiful.

Next time, I will look for another boat tour that hopefully doesn't cost so much.

Absolutely breathtaking! It brought tears to my eyes. The trip takes approx. 3 hours. They take you from Munising Bay past Grand Island and the old lighthouse to the Pictured Rocks shore line. You will see beautiful, colorful rock formations, waterfalls, beaches, and wild life. The tour guide explains how the cliffs were formed and why they are so colorful. They tell you the names of the rock formations and how they got them. If the weather is good and the waters are calm, they even take the boat into a small cove where you can almost touch the cliffs and see down into the crystal clear water to the bottom. Bring your camera, video camera, and a panoramic camera if you have one. I suggest an afternoon cruise. The sun light shows off the colors better.

An amazing journey along Lake Superior shoreline

You will not believe your eyes when you take the Pictured Rocks boat cruise.

The towering cliffs, inlets and rock formations are majestic.

Plus you get to feed seagulls, see ship wrecks and enjoy the beautiful fresh air.

It's worth every penny - don't forget your camera.
