Clarence took the time to help me with tips and tricks on my first bike wash. He took the time to explain front to back and make sure I had everything that I needed without over selling a bunch of stuff. Honestly, his service makes me want to come back to Harley in the future and become a long time customer. Always had great experiences with the staff in general at Calumet HD

“Visited Calumet Harley in Munster, IN on Monday 04-22-2019, only to see what Daymaker Headlights were available for my bike; not to make a purchase. Spoke with Joe and gave him my info. He immediately pulled out the catalogue and went through each and every light that would fit my ride. He thoroughly explained the differences and how the lights worked. He took the time to answer all my 100+ questions and patiently waited for me to make a more educated decision on what I felt worked best for me. His no pressure sales approach and willingness to give me the time to compare and decide led me to make the purchase and schedule the installation for the same week.
