I hadn't come here for 2-3 years and today I know I will be back. This place has done a 360 turn from ok service to awesome service. I was waiting with my young daughter and the repair was going to take over an hour. The manager offered to put on a children's channel on the tv. WOW! I can't remember the last time I was thanked for my business and even though it was a simple repair the manager said thank you and said he appreciated the business. This made the difference.

I brought my car in for routine service (Oil & Filter Change). Dave explained to me the process which included a free inspection. After about 15 minutes Dave came and got me from the waiting room so I could review the inspection and visually inspect the car myself while it was up in the air. He explained to me a few minor issues I had with a tail light and a suspension concern that my previous mechanic apparently never saw. The front wheel was loose! He gave me a quote for the repair and I had the car fixed that day. He was honest and professional expaining to me how this was a potentially unsafe problem and was I glad he brought it to my attention. The whole time I was there waiting on my car he updated me on the progress and even offered me coffee. The repairs were unexpected by sometime that is how things go. Dave made it a little easier and put any concerns I had to rest. I will now be bringing my car to Complete Car Center - He earned a customer that day!
