DesignWerks helped me with two computers that I have taken Geek Squad. They had no problem finding the issues. I had the machines fixed and delivered back in my home in 2 days. They spent the time to train my whole family about spyware and security. Even discussed the proper use of laptops and webcam security issues. All at a fraction of the competitors prices. Their work area is pretty neat! They have advanced tech benches. Training and conference room. In the same building they have electronic repair which they work with each other to give a wide range of solutions. I would highly recommend DesignWerks for all computer, apple, training and home automation needs. They even recycle, I had several old printer and computers they removed for me.
