The business is really turning around. Adding retail space and they are environmentally friendly. They have a great concept to reduce the cost of repair with a recycling attitude. They reclaim a large number of electronic devises for parts and recycle the rest with certified recycle companies. The return is reduced cost of parts and one less item in the landfills. I'm very impressed with the service and the new retail center is going to be a great addition to resell the recycled equipment and save the landfill one device at a time. I hope they work this concept to a large market.

I had some repairs done at Munster electronics before. They are under new ownership and now also fix computers is great!!! Because best buy is ridiculous as far as price and wait time!!! I not only brought in my TV but them my computer to get fixed. The prices were more than reasonable and they finished all the repairs in a quick timely fashion!!! Actually very quickly and inexpensive!!! I highly recommend Munster electronics for tv's and computers!!! They get an

I've been going to this place for a few tech repairs I've needed. New owner- service has improved. More reliable, relatively cheap (compared to other places I've tried) , and stays true to whats promised. Small business, but they have honest service.

service call...power supply shot, they took my Tv for a week and brought it back after a 300.00 charge and plugged it in and nothing but a click noise, same reason they picked it up.guy says your outlit must have a short, I said really because I had a 46" all week plugged in and nothing happen to that one, he said all the work I just did and now I have to take it back and it will cost you again..ummm no not me mister~~ After much heated dispute I told them to leave and I took the tv eleswhere and nothing was ever touched on my tv, So of couse I disputed CC, which so far no charge has shown up becuase he knew he did nothing to my tv at all..Rip off...I will never reccomend you for anything when you lie and cheat people. What comes around goes around mister.

I had a lightning strike and lost all my electronic equipment. I called Munster Electronics and they scheduled a picked up the same day. They worked with my insurance agent to repair or replace the equipment. I was shocked at the wide range of services (Home Theater installs, Television Repair, Installation and calibration, complete PC repair, major Apple product repair, and Laptop screen replacement). I had a laptop that B*** B** wanted to replace the screen for $899 and they repaired it for $149.00. I also had old electronic equipment that needed removed. They removed the equipment to go to a certified electronic recycle center. They guarantee that the data will be removed with a military grade wipe or destroyed (Hammer). I was very pleased with the service and the short time frame it took to complete.

I have a 5 year old T.V. (I feel you should at least try to have something fixed once instead of it going into a landfill.) I called Munster electronics and they came out the next day. They did a great job with a power problem at a good value! THANKS

My 5 year old Samsung would not come on. Called in morning and they were out that day. They had to take the TV but offered me another one to use(which I did not need) They called me with a reasonable estimate and it was back the next day! I hate the thought of all this new electronics that break going into the garbage!! Thank you !!!

Had them come to our house to see what was wrong with our tv, charged us & told us what the problem was & said it would take a week to fix. Took over 2 weeks with calls to them because nobody kept us informed on what the reason was that it was taking longer. Got the tv back & didn't have any difference..fuzziness that was there before was still there. Wasted $170.00 to get the same tv back!!! NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!!!

called on Monday to have my tv services.the y said that they would be out tuesday afternoon to pick it up........well tuesday came and went and so did wednesday (no call/no show)

Prompt, professional, low cost. They repaired my L.G. and Samsung TV's. Both are working fine now. Very nice people! Helpful too, hooked up my components and made them easier to operate! Thanks!

My Grandmother called this company just today to ask a simple question. He male(I say male because no man should speak to a Lady this way) interrupted her and proceded to tell her that what she was requesting was basicly stupid. She recived their name from a chamber of commerce reccomending them. As far as I'm concerned any person that can't answer a Lady's question without being rude shouldn't be reccommended for anything. She would have given them a pretty penny to come out and fix her problem, now they can try to make their money elsewhere.
