Provided by YP.comDo not shop here. Bought two pairs of glasses and both fell apart within days. They replaced them and after two weeks one of the replacement pairs fell apart. Screws came out and lens was lost. Figgy lenses too.

Provided by YP.comI have been going to this practice for 11 years and I have had many issues with them. They are a great and friendly staff. Linda always makes sure I am happy with everything.

Office visit went fine, bare bones though, just read the chart no glaucoma testing etc. When it came to getting our glasses in though that's when all the problems began. Mine had to be sent back due to a rainbow glare effect. My husband's had to be sent back due to a completely wrong lense prescription. Then once he got the corrected lenses they fell out of the frames 24 hours later. The office response "Well this is highly unusual". Demanded a refund as we were completely over the incompetency and was very reluctantly given one but we are still out for the insurance and will have to use this year's allowance to get his new glasses elsewhere.
We are sorry that you did not have a good experience at our office. Unfortunately, your insurance company dictates that your eyeglasses be made at an outside lab, which we have no control over the production of your glasses. Your husband was unhappy with the thickness of his glasses, which again was beyond our control, and due to the strength of his prescription. As far as the lenses falling out of the frame within 24 hours, again, we have no control on the manufacturing of them. We have checked with your insurance company, and if you will contact them, your benefits will probably be reinstated and usable elsewhere. We try extremely hard to please all of our customers, and made every effort to satisfy you both. Occasionally, over the course of 30 years, we have been unsuccessful at pleasing everyone. We are very sorry that you were not happy here. Hopefully, you will be happier at your next optical stop.
