Theft occurred while company had access to home. Employee admitted to taking many items and even returned a few items to Bob Parks Auction to return to the family yet Bob Parks Auction claims no responsibility. Bob Parks Auction states theft by employee cannot be proven (yes, even though employee admitted to it and even returned a select few items). Employee repeatedly solicited family member to sell items outside of auction. Company DOES NOT take inventory in a manner such as to protect the customer in the event of missing items. Very uncomfortable and unfortunate experience.

bob parks is great! they do so well with customers and make sure that you are extremely satisfied before leaving. I really feel comfortable at their auctions!
