Can not believe what happened here today! The hostess went psycho on me for asking for different table due to my disability! She became rude, disrespectful and started slamming down silverware so hard it landed in the floor! She went on the argue with me and make me feel like she was trying to instigate and fight. Have been to this establishment numerous time and have had problems with the food that was usually resolved but never anything like this. The hostess, Alexis, does not need to be dealing with customers! I fear she may actually start a physical fight with someone! I did make the manager aware of the situation and she was apologetic. I will never return to this place again. It's a shame too as it is one of our favorite restaurants. And usually the sweetest young man named Brandon is the host and he is amazing! Too bad he wasn't working today when we went. I hope they do something about the hostess!!

I love going to cracker barrel this place is my favorite place to eat breakfast is great there and not to mention the staff. the store is nice and lots of nice stuff in there
