If you want great fabrics, shop here! They even carry upholstery for furniture and have a great selection.

Do not take classes at this store. You will learn nothing. Total waste of time and money. Customer service is also lacking at this location. There are better fabric stores and craft classes out there.

I was at this Jo-Ann store today to buy some yarn. I found one that was on clearance. I double checked the price tag that was right where the yarn was and read clearly that it was on clearance. When I got to the register the cashier had marked this item at the regular price. I told her that it was on clearance and what the price was. She asked someone to check to see if it was. They told her it was not. Then the cashier told me to go and get the price tag by the bin. When I got there, someone already had ripped it apart. To me this is no way of doing business. They should respect the price and if they made a mistake changing the price earlier, they should honor it and not make the customer look like a liar. Very dissapointed shopping at this store.

Wow! Talk about a sudden change! I have been shopping at Joann's for years & was thrilled when it came to Murfreesboro, TN. But, today was a shock when I walked into the store & it was a mess! I spoke to several other customers that could not believe the state of the fabrics department. Total disappointment from a store that has always been so neat & tidy. I was there at least an hour & a half & only saw 3 salespeople. One at the register, one at the cutting table & a manager. Hope this was just a bad day. But, from the looks of things it has been going on longer....
