dentist may be fine, but his office is horrible. I just paid the full cost of a crown that would have been covered by insurance if they had bothered to submit the claim.



The short story is that the office is incompetent and 'forgets' to submit your bill to the insurance company. They don't bother telling you until it's too late for you to submit the bill yourself, so you are on the hook for everything.



Then they claim that they submitted the bill to insurance, but cannot prove it. In Tennessee, that means you have to pay the bill.





So whether he's a good dentist or not, stay away because you will be getting bills for years. Horrible, unethical office.
