Tonight was the 2nd time I have been to cloud 9 and unfortunately this time we did not have a grand experience. We were allowed to join an open party on the 3rd floor ( Cloud 9). We asked the bartender on the 2nd floor to be sure this was OK. We then headed up to the 3rd floor. We spent a few hours there singing along as the list was quite full, so we waited our turn. The bartender Lauren however was quite rude. She made several unnecessary vulgar comments towards me while I was attempting to purchase a beer for the D.J. Kiera, as a tip. She was upset that I had not tipped and instead had chosen to close my tab. However, I was still continuing to purchase alcohol at this establishment and intended to tip her %20 of the purchase I was making when she started in with her vulgar and unnecessary comments. She said and I quote sarcastically " Don't you know its customary to tip your bartender!" then she left and chose to ignore me rather than taking my order. Then she came back and said and I quote, "Everyone f****** hates you where you come from!" "I don't know where you f****** come from but everyone f****** hates you!" Thus was the end of our encounter. She was rude and refused me service and made awful comments to me.

I met 2 of the funnest, most awesome girls tonight that work at Level 3. Lauren and Kiera...can't wait to hang out with y'all again....you guys rock! Thanks for making my night fun! Trish

Great prices, nice employees, always clean, and entertainment all weekend long! No to mention there is never a cover charge!

The drinks are delicious and specials are random and lemon drops are the best. No Cover and solid pours!

The most dynamic bar in murfreesboro! There's 3 floors that all offer different things! And the bartenders make your night out worth it. Lauren, gabe, randy & Andy are guaranteed to give you a great night out.
