GONE DOWNHILL----Office manager is rude. Stopped in to make an appointment. First thing I heard from her (without looking up from her computer screen) was "You'll have to wait at least two minutes before I can assist you." Ok. When she finally freed herself from Facebook, I told her I'd received an email that it was time for my annual check up. She said quite rudely, "We don't have anything for at least three months. " She finally managed to "work me in" about two months down the road, and I'm sure it was a supreme inconvenience for her. Apparently the staff doesn't want to be there. Just find another eye doctor in town. There are plenty who welcome you and your business, and have a service trained staff. The docs are decent here, but there are good docs in other places that treat you like at least a human if not a customer.

Not sure why I returned back to this office after 2 yrs, but didn't get a good feeling with the staff, nor the one lady in the eyewear section. It was totally obvious the woman who worked with me in December, was to handle my case and didn't want to, so she asked Audrea to work with me. Its been over a week since I was in the office to complain about not seeing out the "new" glasses, PROGRESSIVES, as they called it. After being schooled on the proper terminology, "Optometry drop out, excuse me, I was told I would be called by a staff member. I had to call today to find out the status of my glasses. Once this is over, I will never go back and never refer anyone to this office! Horrible customer service, especially if you aren't white.
