Horrible slumlords. They don't do criminal background checks on their tenants. They are ruining whole communities. Their houses are the worst looking ones on the block. My list of neighbors have included drug dealers and convicted violent felons. These people never have jobs. I have had to call police as well as detectives for some of the things I have been through just to try and protect my family from their tenants. These tenants also never mow their yard and will have animals running at large constantly including pit bulls. I have sent them emails, police reports, video, and pictures. Linda Dillons and her husband's lack of integrity and morals are astounding. As long as they get their money they don't care who u live next tooo. A murderer, rapist, pedophile, drug dealer. If something happens to me or my family they will be held accountable. Horrible horrible people.

It is trouble company they will scam you,may they are good for talents but horrible for properties owners. They will bill you for the same problem over and over and they do not know what they doing except making money off other people money. I will rate them less than 1 star.

My partner and I have lived in a condo managed by PUT for two years now and just resigned another lease. This property management company is the best I've ever seen. They are quick to respond to maintenance calls and are incredibly friendly. They will go out of their way to help you. Also, they have never increased my rent! I would highly reccomend this company to anyone in the rental market. You won't be disappointed!
